The Da Vinci Science Center will hold a public Fact Forum in response to the recent Haitian earthquake and El Niño weather patterns in the western United States.

Fact Forum: Earthquakes, El Niños, and Floods will be held from 7-8:30 p.m. that evening at the Da Vinci Science Center and will be free to the public. An RSVP by phone to 484.664.1002, Ext. 102, is recommended.

The program will explore the scientific causes and effects of these current events and their potential connections.

The Da Vinci Science Center created its Fact Form series in Nov. 2009 with a well-received program about the H1N1 flu. The Center intends to hold four or more Fact Forums each year about a variety of topics.
