MORNING SESSIONS
Mission Milky Way - SOLD OUT!

Week of June 16-20
What's it like to live in space? Explore the wonders of the universe as you discover the answer to this and other questions in this "out-of-this-world" adventure. If you missed last year's popular program, this is your second chance! Have a blast investigating our Milky Way Galaxy, learning about different planets and stars.

Gross Science
Week of June 23-27 or Week of July 14-18
Have you had your dose of gross today? Jump into the gross side of science as this camp explores the messy, the gooey, and the creepy-crawly. Worms, slime, and strange odors will disgust your senses this week as you learn about biology, chemistry, and animals. Get ready to become a messy scientist!

Little Workshop of Science
Week of June 23-27 or Week of July 14-18
What is your favorite science? No need to decide right away - come find out at this camp. You'll get to try your hand at a variety of experiments as you learn more about the basics of chemistry, biology, physics, and earth science. From chemical reactions to dinosaur fossils, this camp has science covered!

Power Play
Week of July 7-11 or Week of July 21-25
What makes objects move the way they do? You're in for some shocking discoveries as we investigate how energy, forces, and motion affect our everyday lives. Investigate electricity by lighting a light bulb. Build and race your very own cars and rockets.

Creative Concoctions
Week of July 28-Aug. 1 or Week of Aug. 11-15
Are you ready to make some crazy chemical creations? Step into the lab and start stirring things up. What is slime really made of? Can bubbles actually be square? Can ice cream be made without ice? Answer these questions and more as you become a chemist and create all kinds of zany, brainy concoctions!

Science of the Sea
Week of July 28-Aug. 1 or Week of Aug. 11-15
Below the ocean surface exist some of the most fascinating habitats for life on Earth. Can you imagine what it's like to live in the ocean? Investigate how waves are made, why the sea tastes salty, and even meet some live marine animals! There's an ocean of mysteries waiting to be discovered!

My Big Backyard
Week of Aug. 4-8 or Week of Aug. 18-22
Food, water, shelter, and space. What do they all have in common? They are needed for animals to stay alive, including us! Learn about the natural environment around us that we share with thousands of other species. Explore how different kinds of animals survive in their habitats.

AFTERNOON SESSIONS
Afternoon Explorers

Younger campers will have a chance to experiment with all types of science with different age-appropriate activities every week. Activities will include swimming at Rodale Aquatic Center, visiting a college computer lab, exploring the exhibit floor, creating a take-home science t-shirt, appearances by guest speakers, and enjoying science and a movie.
